Email is the fastest way to reach us and the only channel we monitor. We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number — it lets us answer in one reply instead of three.
What to include
- Order issues: your order number and, if something arrived damaged or incorrect, clear photographs of the item and the packaging.
- Personalization questions: the product you are looking at and the text you are considering, so we can tell you whether it will fit.
- Delivery questions: your order number and the date you need the item in hand.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled something, write to us at service@happyunwrapping.com with the subject line "Complaint" and your order number. We will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together and you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also submit your complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
