Shipping Policy

Every item at Happy Unwrapping is personalized and made to order. Nothing ships from a shelf — each piece is produced for you after your order is placed. That means our timeline has two parts: production and transit.

Production time
Personalized items require 2-5 business days to produce before they are handed to the carrier. This applies to every order and is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Orders are not dispatched the same day.

Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your destination and the item you ordered. Estimated transit times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your cart — you will see the full amount before payment.

Your total wait is production time plus transit time. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, customs inspections, and peak periods such as Christmas can extend them. If you are ordering for a specific date, please allow additional time.</p>

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, and to most countries worldwide. Because our items are produced by specialist workshops, the countries we can reach vary from product to product. If we cannot deliver a particular item to your address, it will not be offered as a shipping option at checkout. Adding a different item to your cart may produce different options.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout, per destination and per item. Orders containing items produced in different workshops may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times, and may incur more than one shipping charge.

Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a further email with tracking details once it ships. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@happyunwrapping.com.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Personalized items enter production quickly, and we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders crossing a customs border may be subject to duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs processing can also add unpredictable delays that are outside our control.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at contact@happyunwrapping.com with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the damage. We will work with you to put it right.

Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
